What are our prices?

When do I pay?

Upon acceptance of the assessment, we will provide you with our invoice for payment and once proof of payment has been received, a first draft of your updated CV will be sent to you for your consideration.

Why do I have to pay upfront?

Our aim is to make all our clients, “clients for life” as our clients frequently come back to us for advice, re-sending of lost CV’s or updating of current CV’s as their progress on their career path.  Therefore, having to chase a client for payment strains that client/service provider relationship and having to deal with non-payment results in us having to incur costs and subsequently having to raise the fees for our services.

Why do the prices of our CV’s differ?

Our prices vary depending on the amount of research and drafting involved in preparing a CV for a particular career level. A Graduate CV will, for instance, take a lot less research and drafting than an Executive CV.

How long does the service take?

We aim for a 24 – 48 hour response time for all queries received; a 48 hour turnaround on assessments and 2 – 3 business days for preparing a first draft of your CV.

Do I need to come to your offices?

No. We work primarily over the Internet and via email or telephone (if necessary), which obviates the need to come to our offices.

Do you keep my CV on record for future changes or if I lose my electronic CV?

Yes. We keep your details as well as the items purchased by you on our database indefinitely.

What is the advantage of a professionally prepared CV?

A professionally written CV gives you the advantage of a CV being prepared by writers who are experts in the recruitment industry and industry terms as well as with grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A professionally prepared CV should contain the key words that HR managers and recruiters need to see when scanning through the thousands of CV’s received each week. With that said, would you even consider writing your own CV when your career could centre on this critical document?

Will a professionally prepared CV guarantee me a job?

No. A professionally prepared CV will market you more effectively than a “homemade” CV could and as such maximize your chances of securing an interview. However, securing a final offer is ultimately dependent on your performance at the interview amongst other factors.
